Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms form a contract between you and AUSSIE LED & SOLAR PTY LTD.

2. Acceptance

Agreement begins when you accept a quote via payment, email, phone, or signed acceptance.

3. Customer Warranties

You confirm:

You are 18+
You are authorised property owner
You accept these terms

4. Payment

Payment methods: EFT, card, cash, cheque
Balance due before installation
Late fees: $250 + legal costs + 10% interest

5. Definitions

Includes Solar PV System, STCs, system design, and incentives.

6. Our Obligations

Supply and install system
Use accredited installers
Arrange grid connection

7. Your Obligations

Pay all fees
Assign STCs
Cover meter upgrades
Provide site access

8. Price Changes

May occur due to:

Site conditions
STC changes
Additional required works

Customer approval required.

9. Termination

Contract may end due to:

Regulatory changes
Pricing disagreements
Cooling-off rights

10. Refunds

Full refunds may apply if:

System differs from agreement
Delays exceed 4 weeks
Grid approval fails
Equipment unavailable

11. Installation

Access required
We aim to meet schedule
Grid connection arranged

12. Timeline

Delays may occur due to external factors.
Cancellation allowed after 4-week delay.

13. Warranty

Covered under Australian Consumer Law
5-year workmanship warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply
Exclusions for misuse/damage

14. Liability

Limited to system cost, excluding indirect losses.

15. Ownership

Transfers after full payment and completion.
We may remove system if unpaid.

16. Compliance

We follow the New Energy Tech Consumer Code.

17. Entire Agreement

Changes must be in writing.

18. Governing Law

Governed by applicable Australian state laws.
