2. How to Contact Us for a Refund
3.1 Credit Card Payments
Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used.
3.2 Other Payment Methods
Payments made via EFT, BPAY, cash, cheque, or money order will be refunded via EFT to your nominated bank account.
3.3 Older Credit Card Payments
If the original credit card payment was made more than 12 months ago, refunds will be processed via EFT.
4. Refund Processing Time
4.1 Standard Timeframe
We aim to process refunds within one (1) business day of approval.
4.2 Delays
Delays may occur if:
The original payment method is no longer valid
The transaction is declined
Manual processing is required (may take up to 10 business days)
